Package-level declarations
Defines five vehicle-observable requirements for the AEB cluster:
activate warning and braking for a qualified imminent collision within 100 ms;
prevent braking without a qualified object or with degraded perception;
limit emergency deceleration to 8 m/s²;
release automatic braking within 50 ms of an accelerator override;
report degraded perception and inhibit braking when sensor availability or freshness is insufficient.
Each requirement states measurable verification criteria and is allocated to the direct child component or components that realize it. The fusion module derives its perception requirements only from parent requirements allocated to FusionActivity. The requirements container identifies AEB as its subject; the element's isTopLevel flag establishes the upper model boundary.
